The former Premier Flour Mill, 300km from Perth has been painstakingly restored and turned into a spectacular regional hotel and hospitality experience. The original building form and function are celebrated in the award winning architectural design.
Perth-born furniture designer Paul Morris engaged with Decor Design Centre to create a series of bespoke pieces exclusively for this project. The selected leathers are the perfect complement to the architecture and design, embodying a richness and sense of nostalgia, yet capturing the luxury and comfort of a place where patrons want to linger.
This unique project has recalibrated the compass for many travellers seeking the best of what rural Australia has to offer.
